Sam Dash is an Actor/Writer working in London and New York City.

Recently in London Sam has performed in various workshops of new works with writers such as Tommy Smith, Will McDowell and Sarah Kosar.

SWIMMING (written by and co-starring Sam with Julian Elijah-Martinez) premiered at the Oscar qualifying Out on Film Festival in Atlanta, and has since screened at Oslo Fusion, HollyShorts in Los Angeles, Emruz Festival in New York City and Block Island Film among others.

Other acting work has included appearances in Quantico (ABC), The Finest (ABC), various short films as well as new plays by Susan-Lori Parks (The Public Theater), Korde A. Tuttle (New York Theatre Workshop), Daniel K. Isaac (Ma-Yi Theater), Carmen Lobue (Rattlestick Theater) and Adam Bock (NYU Grad Acting).

Sam studied at the British American Drama Academy at Oxford and holds a BFA and MFA from The Tisch School at New York University.

I saw Sam perform live in a production in March 2023. Everyone in that audience knew they were watching someone very special indeed. I met him in the bar afterwards, and from then I knew we were going somewhere very special together too. - Daisy
